Cette chanson a été composée et écrite par Axl Rose. Il parle ici des problèmes qu'il a eu avec son ex (selon moi Erin Everly).

A noter que c'est l'une des rares chansons où Axl joue la guitare Rythmique (avec la chanson Shotgun Blues sur l'album Use Your Illusion II). Le riff de guitare est étrangement ressemblant à celui de la chanson très controversée One In A Million qui apparait sur l'album G N' R Lies.

Guns N' Roses (now known as Axl Rose Band) chief commander Axl Rose has the nasty habit of employing scabs looking like the original GN'R lineup members. After getting the Izzy Stradlin look-a-like Richard Fortus and the Slash look-a-like DJ Ashba. Now Axl needs a Duff McKagan knock-off and a Steven Adler rip-off. And maybe a clone of himself, just in case he get fired... by himself.
